Esthetic and restorative dentistry is an excellent investment in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that different patients have varying financial means so we are amenable to working out payment options and plans. All financial discussions and arrangements are held in strict confidence.
Payment Options:
Cash or Check. We currently do not accept credit cards.
Insurance Accepted:
We accept most insurance plans, however we do not participate in any capitation or preferred provider programs. Please call the office if you have any questions about your insurance; most likely we can clarify your benefit.
If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file the claim forms for you. We do request to have the payment assigned to the office. If you are responsible for a co-payment, we ask that this be paid at the time of treatment.
